Apostille – for Hague Convention countries
Countries party to the 1961 Hague Convention accept an apostille as confirmation that the signature and stamp on a public document are genuine. In Sweden, apostilles are issued by a notary public (notarius publicus). We submit the document, follow up on processing and return the finished document to you.
Legalisation – for all other countries
Countries outside the convention often require a chain of certifications: a notary public, then the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and finally the country's embassy or consulate. We coordinate the entire chain, including embassy fees, forms and opening hours.
