ABC Translation is the controller of the data you provide through this website. Contact: info@abc-office.eu.

What we process

Your name, email address, phone number (if provided), details of your request and any documents you choose to attach. Documents may contain sensitive data; please only send what is needed for the quote.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to answer your request and provide a quote (steps prior to a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if you become a client, to carry out the assignment and meet accounting and other legal obligations.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Documents from completed assignments are kept as long as required by law or contract.

Recipients

Data is stored in our email service (Google Workspace) and with our web host (Infomaniak, Switzerland). For an assignment, data may be shared with the translator, notary, authority or embassy needed to carry it out.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no third-party analytics.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Contact us at info@abc-office.eu.
